Essential Duties and Tasks Research products and services, follow trends.
Obtains goods and services that meet or exceed specifications by placing, scheduling, and tracking orders.
Interviews vendors recommend sources of supply.
Analyze quotes.
Track and communicate inventory levels Develop, run, and maintain records necessary for production, sales, procurement, etc Collaborate with production, sales, quality, leadership, and others May back-up other functions in the planning or other areas All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and 2 - 4 years of experience Solid working knowledge of procurement processes (raw materials and MRO), and related manufacturing Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Communication Confidentiality Coordinating Decision Making Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
